Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a naturalistic form of healing with a particular focus on our physiological sensations and states that helps you learn how to settle and release tension and activation from your body.
This process enables you to become more aware of how to pick up on dysregulation in your body and how to come back to a state of regulation, helping you reduce stress and feel a sense of competency and confidence in your life.
